Ingredients: Lean, mean, southern machine!  The Bayou-Blend contains 50% insects  (hisser roaches, crickets, grasshoppers, superworms), 25% Louisiana farm raised crawfish and 25% bullfrog legs, in a 100% natural collagen casing.

Great for monitor lizards (arboreal, ackies, savannah, blue spotted, blue tailed, ornate, black tree, green tree, peach throat, mangrove, spiny tailed, peacock), garter snakes, water snakes, false water cobra, indigo snakes, caiman lizards, bullsnakes, copperhead snakes, coral snakes, cotton mouth, mangrove snakes, mud snakes, elephant trunk snakes, queen snake, mandarin rat snake, massasauga rattlesnakes, sunbeam snakes, and aquatic turtles and all species of tegus. 

Insects become very compact when ground, so a lot of insects fit into each link - this means each link is a full meal for most kept species.  Please portion accordingly.

Great natural diet

I feed Bayou Blend to my alligator and amphibian eating reptiles. I feel it is a good lean diet that is more natural than feeding rodents.

Not worth it

Very disappointed! I fed them to my ball python, 2 corn snakes and a monitor lizard. Not one would eat or are even interested in them.

Hi Kevin, sorry the Bayou blend did not work out for you. In general, we don't recommend Reptilinks for ball pythons, as they are difficult to transition to new prey sources. We've had great sucess with corn snakes but most of those customers choose rabbit and or quail. The monitor lizard is confusing as they usually go absolutely nuts for the Bayou Blend. Did you try poking a hole in the casing so the lizard can get a taste first? Thanks!

My Savannah Monitors are so happy!!

They just love them! They actually looked so happy and content. I would love to give it to them on a regular basis but the food is quite expensive. I will though buy more.

Great customer service !

Due to a delay during shipping my first order was ruined. I reached out to Reptilinks to let the. Know what happened as well as send pictures. Without hesitation they apologized , even though it was not their fault and reprocessed the order. When my replacement order arrived it was in perfect condition! Monitors, skinks and water dragons love this product and don’t hesitate to take them form tong it from a feed dish. Thank you for your excellent customer service and great product.
