*We require $75 minimum order. Unfortunately it is not profitable for us to send less than $75 worth of product, as the true cost of shipping is much higher than the rates we charge the customer.  it’s much more cost effective and better for the environment to order more product at a time.  We encourage you to do so, as we have a 100% money-back guarantee (for amounts up to $75). 


Shipping Schedule:

Reptilinks are shipped on the first Monday of each week via FedEx Home Delivery.  Orders must be placed at least 3 business days ahead of the shipping date to guarantee shipment.   We custom hand-make your order, so it requires time for us to make and package your shipment. Therefore, orders must be received before 9am on Wednesday to ship the following Monday.  

Please note we have switched to FedEx Express for West Coast orders (California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho), as FedEx can no longer provide ground shipments to those areas in a timely manner do to the ongoing pandemic.  We have increased shipping costs to those areas ($34) while absorbing most of the cost ourselves, as express shipments are much more costly than ground.  

 

Additional Information:

All links are shipped frozen with dry ice. The links are tightly vacuum sealed in convenient portions.  After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation, and when the shipping label is printed you will automatically receive the tracking information.  Once the box is scanned by Fedex, the tracking information will become active, until that time, the tracking number may give a "not found" notification.  Transit times are 1-4 days from shipment, depending on your location.  

If your product does not arrive frozen or partially frozen, we will resend the order free of charge.  Please note that you must contact us the same day the package arrives unfrozen and send pictures so that we can properly document the shipment with FedEx.

Please note that this offer is for first-time customers only, the refund request must be received with 30 days of receiving your product, and the offer does not include Ball Pythons - while some customers have had success transitioning Balls we recommend not ordering the links for Balls unless you have other reptiles that can use them.  

 It's more cost effective and more environmentally friendly to order more links per shipment, so feel free to maximize your dollars by ordering more at a time, with the peace of mind that your money will not be wasted.  Please note that we will only refund the first $75 of your order, plus any shipping fees incurred.
