Shipping policy
Reptilinks are shipped on the first Monday of each week via UPS or Fedex, with 1-3 days of transit time. Orders must be placed at least 3 business days ahead of the shipping date to guarantee shipment. We custom hand-make your order, so it requires time for us to make and package your shipment. Therefore, orders must be received before 7am on Wednesday to ship the following Monday.
We are currently using either UPS or FedEx for all orders, with air shipments required for the West coast (California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Arizona, Nevada), as carriers cannot provide ground service within a 3 day transit required when shipping with dry ice.

All links are shipped frozen with dry ice. The links are tightly vacuum sealed in convenient portions. After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation, and when the shipping label is printed you will automatically receive the tracking information. Once the box is scanned by the carrier, the tracking information will become active, until that time, the tracking number may give a "not found" notification. Transit times are 1-3 days from shipment, depending on your location.
If your product does not arrive frozen or partially frozen, we will resend the order free of charge. Please note that you must contact us the same day the package arrives unfrozen and send pictures so that we can properly document the shipment with UPS.

All sales are final, we cannot guarantee your animal will accept Reptilinks. We do have experts standing by that can assist with any issues you might experience feeding Reptilinks.
