If your product does not arrive frozen or partially frozen (Guaranteed to arrive 40° F or below), we will resend the order free of charge. Please note that you must contact us the same day the package arrives unfrozen and send pictures so that we can properly document the shipment with FedEx/UPS.
All sales are final, we cannot guarantee your animal will accept Reptilinks. We do have experts standing by that can assist with any issues you might experience feeding Reptilinks.
We have tested this product with 1000's of Tegu, Monitors, BTS, Beardies, and dozens of species of snakes and have had very few refusals. We do not recommend Reptilinks for ball pythons or wild-caught animals, as the acceptance rate is low for those species.
