Happy Rhino Rat Snakes, Green Tree Python and Corn Snakes

The Rhino’s took to them immediately, as did my adult male Snow Corn . The female Snow Corn is being hesitant. ..I think she’ll make the switch with a bit more coaching.
Esmerelda, my female adult Green Tree Python aggressively grabbed the link.
Videos soon.

Picked the wrong size

It was hard to guess what size I needed. I got one that were way to small. But these things are so damn good my king will eat 4 of them in one sitting. So having some scale in the pictures would help. Otherwise they eat them like candy! No fuss during feeding

Took nearly 4 months, but got there eventually!

Apparently, I have a weirdly picky California King. She turns her nose up at Petco mice, and only takes the expensive ones I order online. Shortly after she turned 1 years old, I went out on a limb and ordered Reptilinks since I always wanted to try them out, but I quickly regretted not getting the ASF scenting liquid...

I'd tried cutting them, washing them off, scenting them with her normal mice, letting her smell mice and swapping it out when she got into food mode. Nothing worked. Tried train feeding, but she has a habit of tongue flicking 5 million times to make sure something is food before she bites it, even in food mode, so that wasn't working either. 3 months in, she finally took one after harassing the crap out of her with it during a train feeding session. Two feedings after that, she finally took one without the aid of a mouse. It still takes a bit of coaxing, but she's now taken one for the third feeding in a row! Success!

TLDR: If your snake is picky, keep trying. Took 4 months, but mine will take without mouse assistance now. If you're unsure about your snake's pickiness, get the scent liquids, they'll probably help.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT

My Monitors love this stuff, and it has all the different birds and rabbits in it. I chose the quail egg to go along with it. Super nutritious and convenient. Thank you

Perfect for Voracious Ball Python!

I have been looking at reptilinks for a long time now, even before I got my ball python Apollo. I was always wary of purchasing a whole batch because of everyone's stories of their bps refusing the meal with the thought of "What if he DOES refuse it?" Imagine my surprise and joy when I found packs of singles at a pet store near me! I can happily say Apollo has never refused a meal, not when I switched him from live to frozen-thawed, even to mice to rats, and the reptilink was no different! I scented it with a leftover hopper from his smaller days and he took to the link immediately. I've never seen him eat something so fast! The link also stayed firm and did not break when he squeezed it to "death". My partner and I will be getting a japanese rat snake soon and we have agreed that we will definitely be putting them on reptilinks for their nutritional value and protein variety! Thanks for the pleasant surprise and great quality!
